Our search for a new home in Woodstock started in November 2020. Covid shut downs and lack of inventory on the market pushed our seach out to the end of March 2021. Jay kept in touch throughout this time frame and set parameters for our search on the shared realty web site. As the market opened up in April we started to see more offerings and also a small spike in pricing. After seeing 8 to 10 houses, bidding and losing out on one home in early May, we finally hit paydirt as of May 23rd.
