Tori Gould brings a strong background in customer service, project management, and relationship building to her role as Chief Growth Officer.

With over 18 years at Adidas Canada, Tori has developed a reputation for creating strong connections, managing complex projects, and supporting team growth. Her experience has shaped a people-first approach, grounded in communication, consistency, and collaboration.

Originally from Salford, Tori’s farm upbringing instilled a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset — values she brings into her work every day. She is currently beginning the Real Estate Salesperson Program at Humber College and is focused on continuing to learn and grow within the industry.

Tori plays a key role in supporting the growth of the brokerage, working closely with leadership and agents to help strengthen systems, relationships, and overall team performance.
